To the best of my knowledge there is NO American Faculty of Medicine/Dentistry which is in any way connected to an Indian counterpart.

I looked into this (briefly) as my husband is from England.

One option is to train in the UK. The other is to become certified in your chosen specialty and move over to the UK.

There are a number of hoops that you have to jump through in order to work there. You'll then find that you make 1/2 to 1/3 of what you could make in the US, and that the cost of living is much higher there. It's also not easy to find a job.

I contacted several American Medical schools and they all said they require there students to study there Pre-Med courses in the US.

My plan is to do the first year of Uni (as a back-up) and at the same time apply to the states with my A-Level Results for Chemistry or Biology over there for the following year.

Why would you want to do that? You’ll spend twice as long doing medicine in the US than in the UK. I think the Pre-Med course alone is about four years. This is the process to become a doctor in the US: Pre-medical

Seems like a lot of hassle to do all that in the US when you could do it in less time in the UK.

My first suggestion would be that you post this quesion on the French version of Yahoo answers (go to fr.yahoo.com and click on the link under the search box). If your French isn't good enough to do that, remember that you will have to pass some extremely difficult French language exams in order to study in a French medical school, so that might be a place to start.
