What does your average need to be if you want to get a full scholarship to Harvard Medical School?

I am attending a public canadian highschool.

It goes without saying that you need a 4.0 GPA, and not just that but you need to be the whole package: stellar MCAT scores, incredible extracurricular activities, unbelieveable letters of recommendation, serious and respectable peer reviewed publications, meaningful research, admirable volunteer efforts, and more!

Good luck.
