What are some online school Ideas in the medical field or business field I could do ALL from HOME?

I would like to go to school entirely from home on the internet. Any Ideas with these two fields? I have a 2 year in diet tech, but there is no such job on the internet and use it..If there is do you know of any? Otherwise I would like to know of any and then use the degree from home…Thanks (work from home).
