Let me give some good advice. SAVE your money… Most companies are farming the work out to companies in India. My brother is currently a software developer for a company that markets these services to Hospitals throughout the country. If you are looking to target small offices, beware, there are already a great number of those out there and, unless you already have multiple contacts you are unlikely to tap in to that market.
