Is Case Western Reserve University a good school for pre-med?

I want to try and get into medical school and am doing everything I can these next two years and my reach school is NYU. Case is like 10 or so spots down on the top 50 list. I know NYU has a great pre med program but how good is Case Western in terms of pre med reputation?

Case is a fine school, I was just there yesterday on a medical school interview! It doesn’t matter where you go, it only matters what you do there. Case has a big research program, and a lot of community service for the poor available. I would say its a great place to make a name for yourself. NYU is just as good, but I don’t think either is going to give you an advantage off the bat… At my Case interview I was interviewing with people from all over the country, including the Ivy Leagues. I was there, even though I went to ASU. That just goes to show you that its what you do that counts.
